Holy cow. Now that I know how easy and deeply satisfying re-vamping chairs like this is, I’m going to just do it for fun. These were found at the Alameda Flea Market – really sturdy and solid with great lines and detail, but the fabric was just gross and the paint flaking off.

Those chairs look amazing! I love the contrasting colours and the fabric.
Hi, first off your work is amazing!! I am new to this and I want to try and do my first project, I LOVE how the paint looks so shiney and new. I tried using a black paint and it looked horrible, nothing like your chairs, can you help me out and tell me what I did wrong? Where can I buy the paint you used? Thanks! You can email me at ana19bella84@hotmail.com
Thanks! Did you use an enamel paint like I mentioned in the post? The brand and type are written there. I did sand the chairs a lot, as well. Good luck!
